Established in Markham for ten years, Peter LeGrice Real Estate has
specialized in industrial and office leasing, sales and land development. Over the past
twenty five years, Peter LeGrice has developed over one million square feet of industrial commercial space in York Region for his own account and for the account of his client partners. Our staff of eight licensed agents bring over one hundred and forty years of accumulated experience to bear on solving real estate problems. Individually, our agents average eighteen years experience each in various areas of the local commercial industrial and investment real estate business.

Recent Accomplishments.
We arranged the purchase of a 138,750 square foot industrial manufacturing plant on 10.67 acres, from Cheesborough Pond's (Canada) Inc. to 3D Micro Computers Wholesale (Canada) Inc. LeGrice Real Estate represented the purchasers in the above transaction.
